• Visa Facilitation: Assisting with medical visa applications and documentation
• Travel Coordination: Arranging flights, accommodations, and local transportation
• 24/7 Support: Providing continuous support throughout the medical journey
• Language and Cultural Support: Bridging communication gaps and cultural differences

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of JT Consultancy Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete medical information and personal details
• Obtain all necessary medical clearances and documentation from your local physicians
• Follow all visa requirements and immigration laws
• Make payment for services as agreed upon in the service contract
• Maintain appropriate travel and medical insurance
• Follow all medical advice provided by treating physicians in India
• Inform us immediately of any changes in your medical condition
• Respect the customs, laws, and regulations of India during your stay

Client Termination:

• Client's medical condition becomes unsuitable for travel

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malawi. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

2. Mediation: If direct negotiation fails, we agree to mediation
3. Legal Proceedings: As a last resort, disputes will be handled in Malawian courts
